Concept

Created in 2010, Key Partners was born with the proposal of representing, for the Brazilian market, a selection of stylish hotels in wonderful destinations all around the world. Focusing on personalized planning of Marketing and Sales actions and identifying new business opportunities, our task is to create the best relationship possible with key players in the industry, including travel agencies and tour operators, specialized media and selected opinion leaders. Thanks to our extended network, we act as a Brazilian support to our clients abroad, assisting them with bookings, product positioning, explaining and promoting products with personality, elegance and excellence in services, in order to create and expand their visibility within the sector. Our operations cover different market segments all over the country, with priority in leisure, but also with business travels, corporate incentives, as well as Destination Wedding, based in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro – the two largest centers where the Brazilian travelers come from.

Objective

The company’s main purpose is to create a long-lasting link between the hotel we represent and the Brazilian market. This relationship shall generate increasing sales and revenue for our clients.

By creating Key Partners, Sylvia Leimann intended to make use of her valuable background experience toward curatorship and promotion of luxury hotels.

Actually, throughout her career of more than 30 years in the areas of Marketing, Communication and Commercial, she worked for several prestigious companies in the industry, as Intercontinental Hotels Group, Accor Hotels and Club Med. Only at the last one, she worked for eleven years as responsible for Marketing and Communication, plus two years as head of Commercial area.

Resolute, passionate for her job and carrying a strategic view of the business, Sylvia feels accomplished by having reached the credibility of the market as well as the loyalty of her clients.

A marketing expert, with 8 years’ experience with luxury brands in the consumer segment, including product launches, adaptation of global strategies to local market and events coordination, Flavia’s experience brings a major contribution to the search of strategic partnerships as well as actions toward the direct client , and a constant activity in the social networks, always aiming to increase the visibility of the hotels and its associated brands.

Sales Coordinator

Graduated in Hospitality, specialized in Marketing/Sales and post graduated in Business Administration, Joana has an experience of 14 years in luxury hotels and travel agencies. Her strengths are clearly pointed out on customers’ services, sales training and preparation of travel itineraries. Her CV includes international experiences in Florida hotels and at Walt Disney World Resorts.
